You can easily look up the PUK on O2's website. You can also call the hotline 01804055222. A fee for PUK information may be charged.

  1. Open this website: o2online.de . Log in using the " My O2 " button with your telephone number and password.
  2. Now click on " My O2 " and then on " Tariff & SIM card ".
  3. At the bottom left you can now click on the " Manage SIM card " button. Then select " View PIN and PUK ".
  4. Now click on " Show " and enter your password again. You can then see your PUK.

If you have a contract with the blue cell phone provider, you can view the PUK in your customer area on the website. You can also call the hotlines 01771771160 (term contract) or 01771771159 (prepaid)..

  1. Open the website blau.de and log in with your telephone number and password.
  2. Now click in the list on the left on the entry " My Blue ".
