If you have problems with an app, you can try deleting its updates and installing an older, working version..

If you don't like the latest version of an app or are having trouble with it, you can try uninstalling updates. This will reset apps to the factory settings and delete all data in the process. Open the settings of your smartphone and tap on the entry " Apps ".

Select an app that you want to remove updates from. Then tap on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner .

3rd step:

Now tap on the " Uninstall updates " button .

4th step:
