Regardless of whether you want to create a new footer or edit an existing one - our step-by-step instructions work for both cases:
1st step:
Select " Paste " from the menu bar at the top . Then under the grouping " Text " the option " Header and Footer ".
2nd step:
In the window that opens , you can either activate the slide number for each slide in PowerPoint or add your own footer . To do this, activate the box next to " Footer " and enter your own text. Then click on " Apply to all ". If there is already a text here, just change it. With the " Do not show on title slide " option , PowerPoint gives you the option of only displaying the footer on content slides..
