1st step:

Open the Deezer app on your smartphone and go to the " My Music " category at the bottom .

2nd step:

There, tap on the gear in the upper right corner to get to the settings .

3rd step:

Now tap on the " Manage my account " button .

4th step:

Under " My Offer " tap on " Manage My Offer ".

5th step:

Then tap the " Cancel offer " button .

6th step:

Then select a reason for your cancellation and tap " Confirm ". Your subscription will then end.

Open the Deezer desktop app or go to this link and log in: https://www.deezer.com/de/login . Then click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select " Account Settings " from the menu .

2nd step:

Now click on the " Manage my offer " button .

3rd step:

Then go to " Cancel offer ".

4th step:

Now, if you want, give a reason for your termination. Click on " Confirm " and your subscription will be terminated.
