There are many ways in which you can make your presentations in PowerPoint more interesting for the audience - whether it's animations, inspiring designs or inserting slide transitions. But it is also possible to add suitable music to your presentation to create the perfect mood.

How to add music to your PowerPoint presentation

1st step:

Open your PowerPoint presentation and switch to the slide where you want to insert the music. Then switch to the " Insert " category at the top and click the " Media " button on the right . Then select " Audio ". If you now click on " Audio on my computer ... ", you can select an existing audio file from your computer. With " Audio recording ... " you can record a new audio.

2nd step:

If you have selected or recorded an audio, an icon in the form of a gray loudspeaker appears in your presentation . You can move and enlarge this as you wish. If you now start playing the audio and change the slide, the sound will continue to run in the background until you stop it .
