You can easily open an XML file, or "Extensible Markup Language" file, with various programs..

A file with the XML file extension is an Extensible Markup Language file. These are pure text files that in and of themselves do nothing except describe the transport, structure and storage of data.

How to open an XML file

Many programs open XML files, including online XML viewers and some web browsers. In addition, any simple text editor can open such files, as they are purely text-based. We have listed some examples below:

Make a right click on the XML file and select " Open with " and " Editor " from.

Notepad ++
