MediathekViewWeb is the web version of MediathekView. The practical thing is that there is no need to install a program or download a list of films. The search starts automatically and in real time in the browser. Here you have the choice between Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Brave or Microsoft Edge. We use Firefox as an example. First go to mediathekviewweb.de in your browser and get an overview of the site.

You can search for films and shows in the search field above. If you know which title to save as a video, just enter the appropriate name. The content is accessed in real time from the media library. If you would like to see all films in the ZDF media library, enter the filter " ! ZDF ".

Hover your mouse over the video icon next to the title you want to download. A dialog window appears with various options for downloading from the media library.
