When planning projects or tracking their progress, it can be very useful to see week numbers on your calendar in Outlook..

By default, the calendar in Outlook does not display week numbers, but you can also display the calendar weeks later. You can read how to find the setting below.

How to view calendar weeks in Outlook

1st step:

Open Outlook and click the calendar icon in the lower left to open the calendar.

2nd step:

Now right click on any field in the calendar. Then select the entry " Calendar Options ... " from the menu that appears .

3rd step:

Now scroll down to the " Display Options " category . There you tick the option " Show week numbers in the month view and in the date navigator ". Then click OK .

4th step:

The calendar then shows the calendar weeks.

1. Open Outlook and click the Calendar icon in the lower left .
2. Then right click on the calendar and select " Calendar Options ".
3. Under " Display options " check the box next to " Show week numbers in the month view and in the date navigator ". Then click " OK " and the week numbers will then be displayed.
