By default, the calendar in Outlook does not display week numbers, but you can also display the calendar weeks later. You can read how to find the setting below.

1st step:

Open Outlook and click the calendar icon in the lower left to open the calendar.

Now right click on any field in the calendar. Then select the entry " Calendar Options ... " from the menu that appears .

Now scroll down to the " Display Options " category . There you tick the option " Show week numbers in the month view and in the date navigator ". Then click OK .
