With an endless presentation in PowerPoint, you can repeat your created slides as often as you like. Setting up a continuous loop is particularly suitable if you want to run a presentation at a trade fair stand, at an event or otherwise without supervision. This eliminates the need for manual starting. You can find out how this works in our tips + tricks.

How to set up a self-running presentation

1st step:

Navigate to the top of the bar to " slide show " and click "to set up slide show ".

2nd step:

Activate the box for " Repeat until" Esc "is pressed " and confirm with " OK ". The presentation is now self-running.

Click on " Transitions " in the bar at the top and select one of the available transitions for your presentation.

Under " Duration: " change the time that the transition should take.

Furthermore, activate the box next to " After: " under " Next slide " and set the desired display duration for a slide.

So that PowerPoint now applies the settings for all slides, click on " Apply to all ". You have now created an automatic loop in Powerpoint.
