Whether you are going on vacation, on a business trip or just sick - it can happen again and again that you are not in the office for several days and cannot check your e-mails. In such cases, you can set up a vacation notice that is automatically sent to your contacts as soon as they write you an email. This way they know that they cannot expect an immediate answer from you.
