Taking a screenshot with the iPhone is very easy: you can take a picture of your iPhone screen in seconds with a key combination. Below we are going to show you how to take screenshots with all iPhone models:

Take a screenshot with iPhone models 1-8

  1. To take a screenshot with your iPhone to iPhone 8, you have the same home button and the on / off button. In models 1 to 5, this is located at the top of the reachts on the iPhone, from model 6 onwards on the right-hand side.
  2. As of iOS 11, the screenshot will then appear at the bottom left of your screen. If you tap on the screenshot , you can edit it directly before it is saved. If you don't want to edit anything, the screenshot will automatically disappear from your screen after a few seconds.
  3. You can then find the screenshots in the recordings (photo app) .
