If a print job can no longer be deleted, you can still force the printer to stop under Windows 10..

It can easily happen that you accidentally print several pages, even though you only wanted one, or that you only notice an error in your document after clicking on "Print". Most of the time you can still delete such print jobs, but sometimes the printer is crazy and just won't do what you want. But you can still force the printer to finish the job under Windows 10.

How to delete print jobs

1st step:

Click the Windows search bar in the lower left and type in services . Then select the " Services " entry .

2nd step:

Find " Print Queue " and right click on it. Select the " Exit " entry from the list .

3rd step:

Now navigate to the folder C: \ Windows \ System32 \ spool \ PRINTERS and delete all files in it that are temporarily stored there.

4th step:

Now switch back to the " Services " app and right-click on " Print Queue " again. Now select " Start ", otherwise future print jobs will no longer be executed.
