An update for Bixby on Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 + is starting to roll out to customers in the US this morning and it's bringing the voice assistant to everyone..

How to change the language of Bixby Voice

How to change Bixby Voice's voice to female or male
In order to help you decide which voice you prefer to use for Bixby, Samsung has added several hashtags (yes, that's right) that describe female and male voices. The male voice is described as "firm, confident, and clear" while the female voice is "frank, clear, and happy".
Additionally, you can click on the speaker icon next to each voice to hear an example of each female and male voice from Bixby.
Step 1. Go to Bixby's “Settings” menu.
Step 2. Navigate to “Language and Speaking Style”.
Step 3. Select “Male” or “Female”.
How to turn off Bixby Voice on Samsung?
Bixby is divided into two different categories: Bixby Voice and Bixby Home. The voice feature allows you to complete the task by holding down the Bixby button for a while, walkie-talkie style. It's useful, but it can be frustrating when it doesn't work, so you should turn it off before disabling Bixby Home (you can access it by briefly pressing the Bixby button). On the Samsung home screen, swipe right until you reach Bixby Home.

Step 4. Uncheck Bixby Voice.
