1st step:

First mark the area of ​​your Excel table in which you suspect duplicate values.

2nd step:

Now you have to click on " Conditional Formatting " in the start tab . Select the option " Rules for highlighting cells ". Then click on " Duplicate values ​​... ".

3rd step:

A new window is opening up. Here you can click on the field behind " Values ​​with " to set a different color. Finally , select " OK " to confirm your selection.

4th step:

All values ​​that appear twice in your table are now highlighted.
