Before starting the tutorial, you should bear in mind that the Remind me to take a break from YouTube function is only available for Android and iOS users. Having said that, the first thing we will have to do is open the Youtube app from your mobile phone or tablet..

Here you can activate the notification using different periods of time such as: 15, 30, 60, 90 and 180 minutes. On the contrary, if you want to deactivate the function, you just have to check the Never option .
